Project Web 2.0

Web 2.0 is a program that lets any person be an author. It was a great learning experience. I learned how to create a website and a blogger. I got to work with my friends and share my ideas with the whole class. We also did other projects in different classes that had to do with the beach. In art we drew a picture of the beach with water colors. In Spanish we had to write a essay about our favorite beach. In conclusion, I has lots of fun even though it was very hard.

The Movie

• When the other kids went to Sanibel, we watched a movie about the ocean. It was mainly about Costal biomes and the life along the shore. It took place in cape cod and it explained what was good and bad for animals.
• Seashores reflect on history, change and origin of the sand.
• Sometimes there are tide pools are created. They create a place where animals can live in until the tide comes.
• I did not like the movie. It was very slow and boring??
• If you watched it, did you like it? Why or why not? what did you learn??

Halloween

• Halloween is a fun holiday for many people. Kids go trick or treating in the streets. They knock on their neighbors door for candy. I like to hang out with my friends and talk while we are trick or treating. I always take my little brother with me so that he can also hang out with his friends and get some candy. For me, Halloween is the Sweet's holiday.

My favorite holiday

• My Favorite holiday is Hanuka. It is a Jewish holiday which lasts 8 night and we have to light a candle each night. Every Hanukkah my whole family goes on a trip with other family members and friends. The parents buy 8 small gifts or 2 big ones for every child they have. That is why I like this holiday. I get a lot of presents and I get to hang out with friends and family.

My experience at the beach

I had a really fun time at the beach. I thought that it was going to be boring since we were just going to do the project. We laughed and talked while doing the project and it ended up being fun. I realized that the beach is relaxing and you feel so happy when you are around it.

My friends

My friends are very fun and trustworthy. We always hang out and do sleepovers. We are like sisters and we always have each others back. Whenever we need advice we ask each other and they know just what to say. I am so lucky to have friends like them.

My hobbies

I am a very adventurous girl. I like to hang out with family and friends. I play socccer and I was captain with Andrea last year. I also like to dance and go to the beach. I have always been interested in soccer because of my brother. I collect soocer tees from different teams and I watch every game that the Real Madrid plays. What do you like to do?
